These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern access to and use of the MGP Fantasy digital platform (hereinafter, the "Platform"), accessible through its website and, where applicable, associated applications. Access to or use of the Platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If the user does not agree with them, they must refrain from using the Platform.

MGP Fantasy is a fantasy sports gaming platform based on the World Motorcycle Championship, where users create virtual teams composed of real MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto3 riders and compete with other users based on the actual sporting performance of said riders. The Platform offers, among others, the following features: • User account registration and management • Creation and management of virtual teams • Virtual transfer market • Scoring system and rankings • Public and private leagues between users Basic access to the Platform is free.

MGP Fantasy is an exclusively recreational game. ❌ It is not a game of chance ❌ It is not a betting platform ❌ It does not offer cash prizes ❌ It does not allow real economic benefits Rankings, scores and results have purely entertainment value.

To use the Platform it is necessary to: • Be at least 18 years old • Register by providing truthful and up-to-date information • Accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy MGP Fantasy reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that do not meet these requirements.

The user is responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials • All activity carried out from their account • Updating their information when necessary It is prohibited to: • Create multiple accounts by the same person • Share or transfer accounts • Use bots, automations or fraudulent systems • Manipulate the operation of the game or its systems

The operation of the game (scoring, market, leagues, fair play rules, etc.) is governed by the Game Rules published on the Platform, which form an integral part of these Terms. MGP Fantasy reserves the right to: • Modify rules for technical, legal or balance reasons • Correct manifest errors • Apply sanctions for non-compliance

The user agrees to: • Use the Platform in accordance with the law and good faith • Not publish offensive, illegal or misleading content • Respect the rights of third parties MGP Fantasy may remove content or restrict accounts when deemed necessary.

9.1 Virtual Points The Platform may offer in the future the possibility of acquiring virtual points or other digital content (hereinafter, the "Points"). The Points: • Have no monetary value outside the Platform • Are not transferable • Cannot be exchanged for money • Do not generate economic rights 9.2 Purchases with Real Money When the feature is enabled: • The price will be clearly displayed before purchase • Payment will be made through external providers • The supply of content will be immediate or as indicated • Purchases will be considered digital content under European consumer regulations 9.3 Right of Withdrawal In accordance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal shall not apply when: • The digital content has begun to be executed • The user has given express consent • The user has acknowledged the loss of said right This acceptance will be explicitly requested before completing any purchase. 9.4 No Refunds Except in legally required cases, Point purchases will not be refundable, especially when they have been used in whole or in part.

All content on the Platform (software, design, texts, graphics, trademarks and databases) is owned by MGP Fantasy or third-party licensors. The use of sports data, names and results is informative and descriptive, without any official relationship with MotoGP™, Dorna, FIM, teams or riders. Reproduction or commercial exploitation without express authorization is prohibited.

MGP Fantasy does not guarantee: • Continuous availability of the service • Absence of technical or data errors • Absolute accuracy of real-time statistics The user acknowledges that: • Scores may be adjusted after official reviews • Strategic decisions are their sole responsibility Nothing herein limits the inalienable rights of consumers under the law.

MGP Fantasy may suspend or cancel accounts when: • These Terms are breached • Fraudulent practices are detected • Abusive use of the Platform occurs In case of cancellation due to serious breach, the user may lose acquired Points without right to compensation.

The processing of personal data is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and is detailed in the Privacy Policy available on the Platform.

The Platform may include links or third-party services. MGP Fantasy is not responsible for their content or policies.

MGP Fantasy may modify these Terms when necessary. Modifications will be published on the Platform and will be applicable from their entry into force.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. When the user has the status of consumer, the courts of their domicile shall have jurisdiction. Users are informed of the existence of the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
